LOOKING PAST THE HEADLINE PRICE
Keep the injection and tablet prices separate
This page compares Wegovy injections at 0.25mg, 0.5mg, 1mg, 1.7mg, 2.4mg and 7.2mg. Wegovy tablets have different strengths and their own price guide. Sharing the Wegovy name does not make a tablet offer equivalent to an injection offer.
If you are checking a 7.2mg quote, read the actual product description and pack contents rather than assuming it matches another strength’s packaging. Ask the dispensing service to explain anything unclear. Only compare the medicine and dose your prescriber has agreed with you.
Look beyond the starting-dose headline
An attractive 0.25mg price can be useful information, but it does not describe the cost of a later prescription. The lowest listed pharmacy can change between strengths. Our dose-by-dose table helps you see those differences without treating the doses as shopping alternatives.
Ask about the returning-customer price, cold-chain delivery charges where applicable, consultation fees and the support included. If changing pharmacy, check what treatment records are needed before you rely on a discount or plan a delivery date.
Four details to check before you pay
- The exact prescription: medicine, formulation, dose and pack contents.
- The final total: any discount conditions, delivery, consultation or other fee.
- The next order: the repeat price, renewal terms and cancellation rules.
- The care: who prescribes, who dispenses and who you contact with a problem.
A GPhC number in a listing is source information, not a new registration check by SlimBee. Our provider checklist explains what to look up before choosing a service.
Your Wegovy injection price questions
Where do Wegovy injection discount links go?
They go to iGovy. A provider-specific iGovy offer page is used when the source supplies one; otherwise the link opens iGovy’s Wegovy comparison. Wegovy pill prices use Ogovy instead.
Is the lowest Wegovy price a monthly treatment quote?
It is the source-listed first-order pack or order price. Confirm the quantity, product and period covered with the pharmacy. We do not turn an unspecified pack into a monthly or annual cost estimate.
Is the lowest listed 7.2mg offer suitable for me?
A price comparison cannot decide that. Your prescriber must decide whether that product and strength are appropriate. The 7.2mg row gives price context for an agreed prescription, not a reason to change treatment.
Sources and a clear comparison method
Prices come from iGovy’s Wegovy injection comparison. SlimBee selects the lowest numeric first-order listing at each dose. When prices tie, we show one pharmacy alphabetically. The table is a summary of that source, not an independent survey of every UK pharmacy.
The source’s retrieval date accompanies every price answer. Collecting data does not mean we independently verified each pharmacy, offer or clinical service. Expired saved figures are removed; a source failure keeps the original date. See our full price method for refreshes and exclusions.
Source sites and pharmacies may have their own commercial or referral arrangements; read their disclosures before following an offer. SlimBee’s ordering uses the listed price and tie rule, not a review score or badge. Report a price correction with the medicine, dose, pharmacy and date.
