Report a correction
Email corrections@slimbee.co.uk with the page address, the sentence or price you are querying and a link to the source that supports your correction. This is the corrections address published on the existing SlimBee site.
For a price issue, include the medicine, dose, provider and date. Offer eligibility can differ between customers, so we cannot settle a billing dispute.
Something difficult to read or use?
Tell us which page, device and browser you were using, what you tried to do and what happened. You are welcome to explain a problem without technical language. For example: “The menu closes before I can select a link.”
For a medical question
Your prescribing team or pharmacist can help with treatment questions. SlimBee cannot assess symptoms, change a prescription or review your medical history. Do not wait for an editorial email reply if you need medical care. If there is an immediate threat to life, call 999.
Privacy and legal enquiries
For privacy enquiries, the existing published contact is privacy@slimbee.co.uk. Legal and permissions enquiries can go to legal@slimbee.co.uk. Do not include prescription images, identity documents or full health records in ordinary email.
